i’ve taken lots of photos recently, just hadn’t really had time to do anything with them yet. Currently finishing a short film for school which I’m fairly pleased with.

I’ve always wanted to take a photo from this point on the 10 west looking west to downtown LA, and I already had my camera out, and was able to get one shot I like. It was so perfect because the rain cleared out the smog momentarily.

Went to Las Vegas for the second time this month. This time for a bachelor party. Quite fun all around for a night. I was able to take a few pictures on the way to and from Las Vegas. I spent kinda alot of money again, but it was well worth it. Some highlights:

• Crazy guy in car looking at me like I did something wrong when I was turning and staying in my lane, yet he acted like I cut him off.
• loosing 4 straight hands of blackjack, $40 bucks gone in first 5 minutes of gambling. (I didn’t gamble much more the rest of the night)
• everything in between
• breakfast saturday morning at coco’s where they spelled “your” - “yur”
• leaving 2 jackets at the Monte Carlo and remebering 60 miles away, and driving back and getting them. Thus driving a total of 8 horus that day.
• Driving over 1000 miles this weekend in total

I will say that after going twice this month, Vegas is once again quite the interesting place. I get there, have a fun time, yet leave and think that I wouldn’t mind not going back. Spend too much money and it is sin city.

Wolfmother is a crazy awesome band and they played a rad show Tuesday night at Cinespace. It was sooo packed.

I really like this picture b/c 1) I don’t really know how I did this (I can figure it out maybe…) 2) It’s actually two photos - see the bottom right, yeah that’s the drummers head.

I’m becoming increasingly more happy with photography. I already was but now I’m getting even more into it.

Road to Vegas

Went to Las Vegas this past weekend. Rediculous. Just walking around for hours on end into the morning. Vegas is so over the top and such a weird place. When I think about it I wouldn’t want to spend over 3 days there because it’s just a hole in the desert to suck money and life out of you. But hey, that’ll be a fun 3 days!

All in all a way fun trip. Got yelled at by some whore that I ignored and kinda wish I heard what she said. Had some dude try to sas me about my shirt not being tucked all the way in, in which I told him I didn’t want to talk to him. It was actually a really friendly tone for what could have been heated. Stayed at the Venetian which is by far one of the nicest resorts in Las Vegas along with in my opion the Wynn, Mandalay Bay, and the Belagio.

Good times with friends this last weekend, Happy Birthday to Chris and I can’t believe I’m goin again the end of this month!

Shrimp Tacos
Made shrimp tacos the other day from Sam The Cooking Guy and they were seriously the best shrimp tacos I have eaten. Makes my mouth water just seeing the picture and thinking about it right now. mmmmmmm mmmmmmmm
