Tomorrow morning at 9:00AM Chris and I are leaving on a road trip to Seattle, Washington. It’s going to be fun. Let me tell you why. First, it’s just us two going. Second, we are driving Chris’s Mom’s BMW. Third, We are going to take our time up the coast and enjoy all the scenery. For instance we are going to stop in San Fransisco for a couple hours as well as about 6 other spots we decided to stop at.

I probably won’t have any internet until Sunday so that is when I will do a massive update of pictures and words. Kind of like a trip journal or something like that. So I’ll see you all later!

me on labor day weekend

Labor Day weekend fun has now ended. I had alot of fun as I have written out in this post in detail. Now onto the photos. After looking through them, I didn’t really take that many at all. Yet hey, why not post them up anyways eh? I’ve been finding out that the internet is an easy way to share photos with friends, so friends and whoever can check them out and whatnot. Enjoy.

Here is a link to the main photo gallery.

tecate grand prix

On Sunday I went down with my Uncle Seth and buddy Jonathan to the annual Tecate Grand Prix. Let me tell you, they don’t mess around down there in Mexico when it comes to racing. First of all, they may have some crappy looking Volkswagens, but those crappy looking Volkswagens will beat you in a second. One the straights they would be reaching up to 110 - 140 mph! That’s fast, especially when right after the straightway is a crazy s-curve.

This is 1/4 my stepvan and we have decided to sell it for awhile now. I just thought I would post up some pictures and whatnot in case anybody knows anybody and would like to buy it from us. The price is flexible right now and you would have to email me to get that information. (stepvan@adion44.com) It’s in fairly good condition right now and it was fun while we had time and love to give her.

Make sure to go to www.adion44.com/stepvan for more info

Right now I’m putting together a new computer right now, and just as my luck goes, it’s never smooth in my experience. All well. Here’s some specs of the new compy. AMD Athlon XP 2500+ with GeForce FX 5500 XT with 256mb’s memory and 768 mbs total memory, 80 gb hard drive, LG DVD ROM/CD-RW at 52×32x52 and 16x dvd rom and that’s about it. It’s the fastest computer I’ve put together and I’ll actually have an almost completely up to date computer for once… Besides my laptop. Anyway enough gloating, I’m just happy to have a new computer. That puts me up to 4 total. Thanks just rediculous.

Back from LA today

Whew! That was a fun quick vacation. I’ll give you a mini summary of some of my ventures on my 2 day vacation…. um or rather trip up to school for the night.

One of the more notable items of the trip was going to Habibi’s Cafe in Westwood. (Right next to UCLA) Let me tell you, this is one really cool Hookah Bar. It’s one of the largest Hookah Bars I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to many. They were packed when we first got there at about 11 pm and stayed until about 2 am. It was still busy. That hookah bar is lots and lots of fun. Also, if you don’t smoke hookah, (it’s completely legal by the way.) they have pretty good food items on the menu as well as coffee and those types of drinks. The prices are not too bad aswell for hookahs. Only $10.00 for for the hookah and then $7.00 for the first refill and $5.00 refills after that.
Here’s some info for Habibi’s Cafe.
Address: 923 Broxton Ave. in Westwood Los Angeles
Phone: 310-824-2277

The rest of the time I was up there Chris and I hung out and did not much at all. Yet it was good. That’s about it. I didn’t take any pictures because I forgot my camera most of the time. All well.

I’m going up to LA today. Going to hangout with Chris and then help out Rachel with a few things. If you are around Cal Poly today and tomorrow. You should call me, if you want to do something.

On another topic, I have some more summer photos coming that I will be posting very soon. It turns out I am quite busy and able to work a bunch. Which means I get a bunch of money. Still 1 month left of summer and all my friends are already going back to school or at school. I laugh at them. That’s that. Talk to you all later.

Beer Drinking Bear

I heard this on the radio this morning then found an article over at evhead which I thought was quite the coincidence. This is funny stuff.

A black bear was found passed out at a campground in Washington state recently after guzzling down three dozen cans of a local beer, a campground worker said on Wednesday.

BAAAAAAHAHAHAHAH. some more…

It turns out the bear was a bit of a beer sophisticate. He tried a mass-market Busch beer, but switched to Rainier Beer, a local ale, and stuck with it for his drinking binge.

This bear if awesome. Read the story here
