Well this blog has been terribly ignored for a long time. All well, I’ll give it a new face and get back into it soon. Lots and lots going on.
So I’m sitting in class right now before it starts and some people are talking about our college email. Recently it was upgraded to outlook webmail which is a tiny bit better than it was, yet still sucks. I hear things like the the upgrade was a gift from the previous graduating year which might be true - who knows I don’t care.
A couple things they said are pretty ignorant which made me realize again that everybody can think anything about tech. They were sarcastically saying that email must be really expensive since there is so many free email services out there like gmail. Well Gmail is under Googles billion dollar business plan. Its part of how they make money along with every other free email service out there. They wouldn’t be arounf if they weren’t trying to make money. Our university email is a service provided for free because we need it and its not part of some business plan to make money.
Somebody also said “Do you think they make money giving our email adresses to spammers?” They all answered “yeah” and this wasn’t sarcastic. They actually think this happens because they get spam. This is against so many laws its rediculous. This would not happen and doesn’t happen. Here’s why they get spam, 1) they have used their email address somewhere else that has then been gathered by spammers. 2) Our university website has many ways to mine email addresses and names via our people search and the varous email adresses that are setup to mass mail groups of people. So we’re all screwed. There are many articles all over the internet discussing how email is a problem yet we all don’t have a solution yet. Spammers are still winning the battle.
That’s my thoughts for today. Please excuse spelling errors as I’m writing this on my treo.
I had about 20 mins before class right now and I decided I wanted to see how everything looks white. I like it.
To do:
side note, this was my 302 post. wow, that’s lots of blogging, even just here.
Good times over at Hell Ya at the echo last Thursday, I took a bunch of photos.
I experimented with settings on my camera that I hadn’t before and I really like how all these turned out.

Been pretty hectic around here these days. Lots of working and school is done for this quarter next week! AHH! Have a project to do and a couple papers, let alone all the work I have to do that pays the bills.
Most may know, I did turn 21 last week, it’s everything and more so far. I went out a couple times last week, then this week… already went out to Fullerton Monday night then last night hit up Hollywood for a show by The Subways and awesome party at Cinespace. [More details over at MusicGlob]
I’ve been doing the usual thing over at MusicGlob cause I love music. I’m looking forward to this Christmas break and things are going well.

About an average of 5 plus hours a week I waste of my life on Los Angeles Highways. I can’t even understand how some people do alot more than my 60 mile roundtrip, and i only do it 2-3 times a week.
I felt artistic yesterday and today… So I decided to make myself a cloud. With some inspiration from Urban Outfitters store I went for it.
I ripped through a couple design magazines that I didn’t want to keep around anymore and found lots of photos and things that I liked. I am quite pleased with the results. It’s just mounted on regular cardboard and all glued together.
Eventually I would like to make something more permanent.
So here is the really short version. I go to school at Cal Poly Pomona and currently studying Computer Information Systems. My home is in San Diego California, yet I live in Los Angeles, California. I make websites and take alot of pictures. I also like to make the occasional film.
