I have been thinking this week, not many people say “have a nice day” or anything like that anymore. So why not start it back up again?

Sometime today… say “Have a nice day” or some form of it. It’ll make you feel good, and the other person. I already told Angela to have a wonderful day today, and I hope it made her feel a little good inside, it did for me.

Have a nice day!

Guero

Beck is an all around awesome artist. For myself, it is also all around good listening music. At this moment I am listen to the album Mutations and also Guero which are both very good albums. Guero is the latest album and it has a very good different sound to it. There is some rock, some electronica, and just good sounds overall. In some ways I am reminded of Sting’s “Brand New Day” album which was experimental for him yet came out great. You might have seen/heard Becks latest single “e-pro” which is a good single. If you have not heard it, you can listen on Amazon.com

With this album I think Beck is actually getting some attention he deserves as an artist. I remember I bought the Mutations album years ago, I think when I was around 16. Granted I only listened to it a couple of times, yet recently I found it in my cd case and ripped it to my computer for some listening pleasure. I am very pleased, and I think you might be too.

Becks website is very creative and cool to explore.

Buy/Listen the latest album “Guero” on Amazon.com
You can also buy/listen to “Mutations” on Amazon.com

Huddling Ducklings

Today while going to pick up a package in the housing office I saw this little treat. Six little ducklings all huddled together in a very cute fashion. They were so nervous as I got kind of close trying to take the photo. All there eyes were directly on me. So I took the photo quick and left them alone.

Just behind me there was a a whole lot more ducklings Mom was following them around making sure they stayed on track. After I came out of picking up my package all like 10 or so of them were walking in a straight line across the street with mom following behind! I must say it was really awesome. I say that because I’ve never really seen that, just on cartoons. The perfect line of ducklings and mom duck behind them all making sure they make it across.

You can see all my photos from today tagged with “ducks”

I was finally able to get one of the Yahoo 360 invites to setup an account. I really like it so far. The system combinds so many things into one portal. Yahoo is really good and jamming a whole bunch of things into one place and making it pretty easy to use. Yahoo 360 basically a super social network portal with sharing of blogs and photos and you make friends and the list goes on.

You can view “my page” over at http://360.yahoo.com/constructds

If you would like an invite, It looks like I have some to give away. Thanks Frances for the invite.
