Hey, this is my office at school! I got an iMac over there which is my current favorite running OSX Tiger. (unreleased beta) Then I have those other two monitors which is a nice and fast WinXP setup.

This has been my first really heavy use of a Mac, and I’m loving every bit of it. Especially this new OS. I really want to pick up one of those Mac Mini’s pretty soon here and get OSX Tiger on it aswell.

Anyways, just wanted to show off my desk… hehe

Through a round about way, I was able to pick up an iRiver H320 20 gb audio player. I must say, it’s awsome. It has a color screen, which is now setup to playt movies and tv shows and music videos and look at photos and record audio, and well, oh yeah! It plays audio too!

Today is my first usage of the fine piece of equipment, and I will let you know more of the awesome things about it soon!

By the way, it’s way better than the iPod, hehe.

Ohkay, I wanted something new for alittle bit until I create my new thing. I found this theme over at alexking.org’s theme browser for Wordpress 1.5. I really loved this for a break in the design.

I’ve been starting on and off a new design… this will hold out for awhile. Enjoy while it’s here.

This weekend started off Spring Break 2005. It was quite the random intense awesome weekend. It was a good kickoff weekend full of long stories that I will summerize in this entry. The basic plan was to go up to Lauren’s cabin for the weekend. You will just have to read to see what actually happened.. Go ahead keep on reading! Oh… by the way, this post is super long. Threadless.com one of the most awesome shirt companies online… is having a sale until Monday. Every shirt only $10.00! This is pretty sweet considering that the shirts are usually $15.00. So if you are low on cash, and like their awesome designs then make it over there by monday!

I myself have purchased through them and it is an awesome online store. They have a realtime stock tracker and it’s just a wonderful online experience the way shirt buying goes. Now go get one!

The other day I decided I wanted to be a geek and install Linux on my desktop. I thought I’ll throw in another hard drive and install it on there. Turns out that hard drive went bad, and the installation never really finished. (this was actually a long process) Then I come to find that windows will not boot because the linux boot loader never finished loading. So basically, I’m screwed, I thought “awesome.” I thought I had to go buy another hard drive and re-install windows or something, then try to get my data off the other hard drive.

Long story short, I found a 20 gb hard drive here, put it in, and loaded Fedora Core 3. Then after much troubleshooting and such, I was finally able to access my other harddrive with all my windows stuff on it. For now, I am saved. I’m just using Fedora Core 3 as my main operating system. I’ll get back to windows soonish (spring break is coming up) unless I find ways to make Linux work perfectly for everything I need and want.

Oh yeah, and I have some finals to study for, I’ll go do that.

It is now finals week! On to studying and less sleep for a couple days. Good luck to all and then on to the fun of Spring Break!

Oh yeah… I am now a working man, as a student webmaster for a department at my school here… so I’ll be working a bit over Spring Break! By the way… this is probably the last time I talk about that job. I don’t know what is allowed and what is not allowed, and these days blogging about your job is a touchy subject.

I’m in San Diego this weekend at home for my pops birthday today. I love San Diego, yet I’m missing school right now for mainly one reason. She knows who she is.

Also, I’m listening to BLOC PARTY, Silent Alarm all weekend long. It’s an awesome album.

I decided to take a couple quick shots of the turtles that hang out on the warm rock in the middle of the day. They all pile up on top of each other and every once in awhile just plop back in the water and float about.

Anyways, this is just for your view pleasure, also, I have a video of the little guys also taken with my palm zire. I’ll put it right up shortly.

I’m certain this has been said somewhere on the web before, but all well. I noticed today while I was checking my gmail account and downloading some attachments for school, there was a cool “Download All Attachments.” I thought hey why not! So I click it, gmail zipped up all the files into one .zip with all of the files in it. Pretty awesome.

By they way, I have like a bunch of invitations if you want a super cool and trendy gmail account.
