Domo Kun,

I’m all moved in and settled. So I took some pictures to share with all. Some are friends, some are of the new place.

Overall, I am really really happy to get this brand new on campus suite. I’m also trying to take more photos of friends and whatnot as they come and go. Check out photos.adion44.comFor my latest suite and friends photos and section. Or you can click on the photo to the left and check out my latest Flickr.com uploads. Enjoy!

IN HONOR: A Compilation To Beat Cancer

Here is something that your money is worth. This is a 2-disc compilation set filled with artists such as Thursday, Thrice, The Bouncing Souls, My Chemical Romance, Saves the Day and many many others. I bought this cd on pre-order awhile ago after reading about it on one of my favorite bands websites, Thursday.net. Thursday placed one of their tracks on the 2 disc set aswell as many many other artists with unreleased tracks.

I really think this cd set is important and should be purchased for a couple of reasons. One, last year my cousin fought through cancer. He was in 8th grade when diagnosed. When I first heard that he had cancer I was crushed. I thought “how could my little cousin contract such a horrible sickness at such a young age?” (continue reading…)

Well, the first weekend of school was lots of fun. We became quite settled into our brand new suite and it’s been really alot of fun. I can’t believe that I am staying here. It’s such an awesome place as compared to the dorms. I still have alot of class figuring to do, yet that should be all done with by Wednesday. It’s going great so far, except I don’ t like going to classes! It’s all about getting back into the schedule of things.

By the way, if you or anybody you know is looking into buying a poster or print, check out PosterDome.com. Tell anybody about it.

Thats it for now, there is always more to come. I just felt like doing a little “first weekend of school” update. Have a good one.

So I moved into my new suite at school today. It’s pretty freaking awesome. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, balcony, the whole bit. The best part? It’s on campus and I’m the first to be staying in this room. It’s awesome.

I’ll have pictures and stuff soon enough.

I would not like to introduce you to SinCity.Adion44.com - A fan website dedicated to Frank Millers Sin City graphic novels. After looking at my bandwidth skyrocket from about 250mbs per month to about 3 gb’s all in the past two weeks because I am hosting a Sin City Movie trailer, I decided to create a little fansite to calm the masses. Right now you can view the Comic Con trailer for the 2005 film as well as purchase Frank Millers Sin City books via Amazon.com

Go check it out! www.SinCity.Adion44.com

I just received Frank Millers “Sin City” in the mail today and I am quite anxious to get through it. I bought the book right after I saw the trailer for the movie coming out in 2005. It’s a pretty good sized paperback graphic novel filled with awesome animations and I’m really anxious to figure out the stories. I bought the book because usually it’s always better to read the book before watching the movie. Another good part about the movie is that the movie is directed by Frank Miller himself So that usually means the movie is going to be as good or better than the book. It looks promising.

UPDATE: I read it all in about an hour. I couldn’t put it down. The story and each page and drawing captured me. I just couldn’t stop reading. It turns out, and I didn’t know that this is the first graphic novel of about seven total. So guess what I’m doing? Yeah, that’s right, I’m going to buy them one at a time and read them all. It’s the style that captures me. Each frame leads to the next and there is no actual place to stick a bookmark into to read later. I must say, I am really impressed and now a big fan.

Also, after watching the trailer, I think that all seven books are made into the one movie. I guess, I really don’t know. This first installment was really good and now I have to move onto the rest. By the time I finish them all the movie should almost be out in theatres.

For some really wierd reason, I can’t connect to AOL Instant Messanger using Trillian or AOL IM. Something really odd is going on. I think that maybe for some wierd reason my ISP has blocked that connection. Or maybe my router/firewall is all messed up. I know that nothing is wrong with my computers because I was just im-ing and junk not connect to my internet at my home.

I have to get to the bottom of this. IM is a vital tool in boredom!

I’m back from Seattle. It was quite the fun trip. On Friday we decided to drive straight home form Seattle to LA with no stops. So we pulled an 18 hour drive. That was pretty fun actually. Chris started of, then I did a 9 hour shift, and then Chris finished off the night. We left Seattle at 10 am, and arrived in Pasadena at 4 am Saturday. We just powered through it.

I’ll have some more pictures posted up very soon, yet now I am quite tired and will retire for the night.
